Ryan turned 7 on Oct 10. It is so sad to me that my baby is so big now. He's grown up so much since he started first grade. He's already on level H for reading and breezes through any work given to him. This year for his birthday, we were on Fall break. I love when the kids can be home for their birthdays.
I went to my workout class that morning after giving Ry breakfast in bed. When I got home, Blake told me his friends were down at the Payson temple because they were getting ready to put on Moroni. I knew we only had 1 hour before we had to leave for Ryan's bday party at the movies. I knew I could either get in the shower and look respectable for the party or take the kids to the temple. I thought about it for all of 3 secs and told the kids to grab their shoes and get in the car. We got their about 20 mins before they put him on so we didn't miss it. How often do you get to see this happen, especially on your bday? It was so neat to watch it. After they were done, we ran home in time to have friends arrive for the party.
7 Things about Ryan:
1. He is so funny! He come up with the funniest lines and put all of us on the floor laughing.
2. He is still my cuddle bug. I will be sad when he's too old for it.
3. He is a sleeper! He can sleep in way longer than the teenagers. I think his latest was 11:30.
4. He gets accused of being way too spoiled by Jason because he's the youngest. He knows it.
5. Ry is always on the go. He's either riding his bike, playing some sport or something that keeps him moving. He has more energy than any of my other kids.
6. Ry likes to help out in the kitchen with cooking and baking. He's always asking to help me.
7. Ryan can make friends with anyone, anywhere. He just starts playing and asks the other kids to play. He makes it look so easy!
Happy Birthday Ry Guy! We love you to pieces!
