This is Melinda's sister Libby here. I am writing this to wish Melinda a HAPPY BIRTHDAY today! Melinda is an absolutely wonderful sister and good person all together. She is kind and loving and so considerate of all people. She is always on the look out for ways to serve others. If you mention something that you are in need of, she pays attention to those things and always tries to help in whatever capacity she can. (It actually makes me have to always be on my guard about the things I say around her!)
Melinda is also such a wonderful mother and wife. Her family adores her and so they should...she does everything for them. I have learned so much from Melinda about how to be a mom, but my favorite things are how she takes time to cuddle with each and everyone of her children everyday, how she has her children brush her hair for her (teaching them service and how to give back while reaping the benefits), and how she gives herself a treat (in front of her children mind you) if she is having a hard day (I have used that one way too many times). Melinda is such a good example to me....I only wish I can be half as good of a mom and wife as she is!
Happy birthday Melinda! I hope your day is amazing and full of fun, laughter, and good wishes. You deserve it! I love you!

Happy Birthday my friend!! I've been thinking of you today and all week. I keep thinking I need to get that little gift in the mail that has been sitting for you and Libby for the past month! It'll be belated. Story of my life these days.

Taking the time to cuddle with each child everyday....how fantastic is that? Something I should work on, or at least be aware of, especially now that my kids are getting older and don't ask for the "loves" the way they used to.
